Realtor Visits

What an amazing event!  Kids were bursting with pride as they shared their brochures and gave tours of their school.  The realtors who attended were WONDERFUL and gave your kids great compliments and were UBER impressed with their many skills.  The tours were so spectacular.  They showed them each and every nook and cranny of our building, offering fun facts and were polite, friendly, and all around fantastic tour guides.  This is a great example of authentic learning and I am so proud of how hard they worked to finish their work. The positive feedback I received from the realtors was SO AMAZING.  They were blown away by how articulate and knowledgeable they were about Haisley.  This was a great example of kids working on something that had real purpose and meaning.  It wasn't an assignment they would finish and hand in for credit, rather it was something they would use and show to people in our community.  Authentic learning!  It's one of my very favorite ways to teach!  Bravo!  It was so fun to watch.
