Green Eggs and Ham!

We celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday on Friday by eating green eggs and ham (and some fruit and rolls too!).  It was delicious (so many compliments on my classroom made eggs!) and kids were also able to spend some time writing poems based on characters from the book – or Seuss-like characters they created.  Woot!  So much fun!
