Math/PLTW

We will formally begin our math program on Monday.  Last week, we spent time taking the beginning of the year math test for Everyday Math.  This is something that is done throughout the district and will not come home until the end of the school year.  Project Lead the Way will begin on Monday and students will be taught in their grade groups.  While one grade is doing PLTW, the other grade will be doing math with me in our classroom.  When PLTW ends (October 31^st), I will re-work my schedule and continue to teach math separately, but in the same classroom.
