Martin Luther King Jr.

Our class was lucky enough to participate in the Martin Luther King Jr. celebration on Friday, January 9^th.  I read the book Who Was Martin Luther King Jr.?  out loud to the class and we took time to take notes (using what we’ve learned from our biography reports) and talked about this great man and his many accomplishments.  We used what we learned from the book to create speaking parts for kids who were interested and volunteered in performing at our school performance.  Everyone was amazing!
