The Art of Creating and Writing a Card

We all love getting something in the mail, right?  It’s refreshing to see something hand written sticking out of the mailbox!  Learning how to write card is a really important part of learning how to write, in my humble opinion.  Saying THANK YOU! or HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Is a wonderful way to stay connected with people and they will ALWAYS appreciate it.  ALWAYS.  One of my good friends celebrates her birthday next week, and we are in the process of making her cards.  Learning what to say, how to say it, and how to decorate your card is an important part of what we do when creating cards throughout the school year.  We will write a LOT of thank you cards this year as well.  This is one of my passions.  Learning how to write a proper thank you notes is really important and I LOVE exploring this concept with them.  Yay card making!
