Making Inferences

We have done some really great writing about Flora and Ulysses.  In our last label, we talked about what might happen next.  What do YOU think would happen?  We then talked about using the book and the clues within the book to write the next chapter.  Will Flora and Ulysses get taken by a UFO?  Why isn’t this really a possibility?  

They had GREAT ideas and I can’t wait to read what they write!  Can you INFER what’s happening?  What clues are there?  Why do you think that will happen?
