Our Biography Reports are AMAZING!

Everyone is busy working on their reports every day.  Cutting, writing, arranging, editing, coloring, designing, and creating works of art – jammed full of information about quite an interesting group of people.  There are so many skills practiced when writing a book report.  We have learned a lot about note taking and what makes facts interesting.  We’ve also talked about HOOKING our reader with an interesting lead – which will be placed on the outside of our pizza box.  The goal:  Write something SO INTERESTING that the reader will open your report and continue reading.  

They have worked really hard and I am so proud of them!  When everyone is finished (date to be determined) we will be presenting our projects to our reading buddies in Mrs. Murrell’s class.  They are so excited to be able to share what they have produced and love chatting about their new knowledge about their biography subject.  I love learning about all of the people they have chosen!
