Yoga with Rebecca
What a wonderful treat! We started practicing short relaxation and
breathing times (2-4 minutes) in December.
Stress was high and it was a way to help them calm themselves down when
needed. I thought it would be fun to
learn from an actual yoga instructor and contacted a friend who does yoga
regularly. She got me in contact with
Rebecca, who not only has experience with yoga – but teaching yoga to kids! Yay!
We will continue to practice yoga minutes in the classroom and I am
eager to have Rebecca come back soon. THANKS
