Yoga with Rebecca













What a wonderful treat!  We started practicing short relaxation and breathing times (2-4 minutes) in December.  Stress was high and it was a way to help them calm themselves down when needed.  I thought it would be fun to learn from an actual yoga instructor and contacted a friend who does yoga regularly.  She got me in contact with Rebecca, who not only has experience with yoga but teaching yoga to kids!  Yay!   We will continue to practice yoga minutes in the classroom and I am eager to have Rebecca come back soon.   THANKS REBECCA!!  Namaste!
